man this build is amazing ... never hit any wall and literally went from act 10 to red maps with almost no adjustment ... for honesty sake i did get hooked up by a guy quitting league but i really feel like even without that boost this build would still have not struggled

Sounds like they kill every single playable build :(

Worse, of course. You're losing not only 10% of damage (if you have no a top-tier gear you probably will lose more) but you also lose 30% of AOE.

The build is not dead at all - you'll just lose some clearing speed, that's all.

Are you sure? 1/3 AOE dmg lost sounds like big nerf.
You have to survive longer with same (I hope) defense.
