Merchant do not update items

Since the patch from 8.03.12 the merchants do not update there items to sale. Its possible that i dont see that in patchnotes but i think its not normal that the offerings are the same after a day offline and logging on again.

As far as I am aware, merchants are only supposed to change their goods when you level up.

Hope it will be fixed. It's ok to lower the update-timer but with higher level its boring to wait all the time to next level up to buy new stuff from the merchants.
