New vendor rates of exchange and vendor recipes suggestion (to help stabilize the econ)

I know GGG wants their economy to fluctuate instead of a set value across the board, these changes still allow that.

Fixes the current exchange for chromatic, chance and alchemy.

Adds a much needed chisel to vendors and links scraps, stones, and baubles to currency.

New vendor rates of exchange, changes in bold.

4 wis = 1 tp increased from 3 to 4
4 tp = 1 trans reduced from 7 to 4
4 trans = 1 aug
4 aug = 1 alt or 1 chrom added chroms, changed from 3 jewelers
2 alt = 1 jeweler
2 chrom = 1 chance changed from 1 fuse
4 chance = 1 scour
4 jeweler = 1 fuse
1 chisel = 1 alch changed from 1 regret
2 scour = 1 regret
2 alch = 1 chaos added

2 scraps = 1 stone reduced to 2 from 3
4 stone = 1 bauble reduced to 4 from 8
5 bauble = 1 chisel added

New vendor recipes

2 blessed = 1 regal
2 regal = 1 gcp
2 gcp = 1 divine
2 divine = 1 exalt

Adding these as vendor recipes allows you to exchange in any act at any vendor.

Rather than exalted orb inflating alone, the value of regal, gcp, divine, and exalted would fluctuate based off blessed orb. This would possibly increase the value of blessed, I would assume initially from .75 chaos to 1. chaos, possibly higher in time, thus increasing the value of regal, gcp, divine and finally stabilizing exalted.

EDIT: Just to clarify!

If blessed decreased in value to .5, then regal would be 1, gcp 2, divine 4, exalt 8.

If it remained in value at .75, regal would be 1.5, gcp 3, divine 6, and exalt 12.

If it increased in value to 1, regal would be 2, gcp 4, divine 8, and exalt 16.

If it conintued to incease to 1.25, regal would be 2.5, gcp 5, divine 10, and exalt 20.

You get the idea.

I'm not commenting on the rates, but they sure need them adapted to the standard exchange rates and defo need to add ALL the currency to shops...

After all, you don't see Regals, Divine and higher currency drop every day, but they're somewhat needed for fully exploring the game, so even if at a slow rate, you could buy them eventually, just like you could, theoretically, Cube a Zod rune in D2.

This is a bad idea.

Would complete change the economy, and stable isn't always best. This would completely rearrange the entire economy.

5 Bauble for 1 chisel? That would make chisels insanely easy to get. You would be able to afford to chisel any map to 20% just because you would have so many of them. remember that you can get baubles from vendoring 20% normal flasks or 40% total value flasks.

it's just an example, but you get the idea.

in this example the values are very similar to past, present, and possible future rates. With the exception of the craziness going on in default.

in this example

40 scraps = 20 stones = 5 baubles = 1 chisel = 1 alch

2 alch = 1 chaos

chisels would be easier to get but there are several options here and all are valuable. Stacks of scraps, stones, and baubles would have some real value, and more than one use. Superiors won't be affected much, 20% and 40% flasks recipes are 1/5 a chisel. Weapons would be 1/20 and armors 1/40.
