Endgame Map Type Dunes "Inhabited by X" Mod

It seems that maps of the Dunes type with the mod inhabited by Bandits, Sea Witches, Goathmen or Skeletons ignores Dune Scavengers and there is a chance that those a present beside the "Inhabited" mod.
