If you can provide the mana through clarity/elsewhere chain is still good. If you can come up with one as it is a drop/trade only item.

Until you got a chain, try fork. Work pretty good aswell. But I recon meeleing until you are at merciless. Pretty easy to lvl.

Definitely not viable in HC ... there you want more than 4k hp in merc. I have 1800hp at 40 lvl :D

Currently playing a build similar to this but rather than pick up RT I tried to keep my crits to balance the fact that LA no longer gives chance to shock. I'm doing pretty well but I play in default and have died a couple of times so I don't know if the survivability to too great. Personally I would put that down to gear rather than the passive design however.

It clears big packs as a rate that rivals the very best builds and single target damage can be pushed rather high as well.

For auras I'm currently using clarity, discipline, anger and wrath. I'd like to be using a few more auras (I definitely can afford to) but finding gear with the right slots is actually the hardest part.

I have LA and fire arrow set up on two four links, then conductivity and decoy totem across other items along with my auras linked with reduced mana cost. This leaves you with not all that much space as far as skill gems go but once again that's totally gear dependent.

For the base you need 1 3link - Bear Trap, Bear Trap, Added Fire; and rest 4 links - Reduced mana + 3 auras, Reduced Mana + 3 auras, LA with chain, lmp and weapon elemental; and final 4 link - Frenzy(or ele hit) with weapon ele and faster attacks or added lightning. You need 1 spare socket for Decoy or you need a 2 link somewhere for Spell Totem + Summ Skele.

As for people asking how to apply shock stacks when you can't crit.
Grab static blows + chance to shock + conductivity puts me at about 33% shockchance which is okay.

I'm currently at about 2600 hp wich is way too low , my gear does not have alot of HP on it unfortunately. But I'm going all HP nodes now.

Still, this build is extremely fun to play. Hope you like it ;)

- I've taken the "+10% chance to shock", at the 'static blows' circle (have you forgot that one or didnt take it for a particular reason?)

Hi mate, still playing your build (or my version of it)! Still great fun! Actually at lvl 55 Act 3 Cruel.

I added a few skills, which Ill get rid of later maybe, but they help me bigtime atm:

+ Spell Totem + Summon Skelletons + Minion Life + Minion Instability (amazing meatshield, also against bosses)
+ Raise Spectre + Minion Damage (I just love summons lol, plus some of them do amazing dps)
+ Flammability (gives my Burning Arrow a huge dps boost)
+ Auras running: Wrath, Anger, Discipline, Clarity

I have a few questions on your very interesting video/build:

1. How do you get so much life regen? Lifeleech gem?
2. Do you use Armor + ES, or Evasion + ES gear?
3. Did Iron Grip give you a lot of extra dps, would you say it's worth to get?
4. Which passive gems do you use with bear trap? It stuns so long..

Answer would be greatly appreciated ;)
