Is Procurement a safe to use program with PoE ?

I just saw Willy's vid on youtube about this program and ...
It looks like a beautiful and very clever tool to make your life easier here with trading, but it's still a 3rd party program so my question is, it is allowed and safe to use ? It is approved by GGG ?

From what I gather it just accesses data via the web interface; it should be acceptable (the only offensive aspect is that it's written in C#)

if you clasificate internet browser as 3rd party program your wrong, but if you use a program who connect to a game, is a 3rd party program - who give you advantage over other players.

edit: and if you read his post again you will see hes saying "tool" that means its a 3rd party program.

It's merely crawling data from the website and providing a few useful functions to sort it. There is no communication with the game servers.

didnt you say a program wich use a tool for ingame? im not sure then, but its a big different from a "program" and a "internet site - you can look for info on", instead of a program who helps your game run better/stronger/multitask and so on is whats is not allowed...

but if its a program you downloading to be using on your game "poe in this case, to get advantage" -> it is a program WHOs not allowed, do you understand now?
