You are wrong. Accept it.

i actually would like you to read this again :)

didnt you say a program wich use a tool for ingame? im not sure then, but its a big different from a "program" and a "internet site - you can look for info on", instead of a program who helps your game run better/stronger/multitask and so on is whats is not allowed...

but if its a program you downloading to be using on your game "poe in this case, to get advantage" -> it is a program WHOs not allowed, do you understand now?

He didn't say that, you can read what he wrote if you read his reply again.

It's a third party program, but not one that interacts with the game, it interacts with the forums.
Procurement wouldn't be advertised on the forums if it wasn't allowed and considering that it has been around for over a year it's safe to say that GGG permits its usage.

Please don't spread wrong information.

Can you please direct me to a post where it is written like this or some GGG response to it ?
Because we all know that trading is a mess for a long period of time and we also know that GGG are working to improve this aspect of the game in the near future, but until then Procurement seems like a pretty useful thing to me.
But I dont want any trouble before i decide to try it out.

Well actually, it's Chris that's wrong.
He said they "can't" ban for it, but in reality, we know damn well they can, but simply choose not to.

Excuse me but you are talking about advantage all the time in almost all your posts here, can you be more specific ? Because I am pretty sure you have no idea what Procurement is about and how it works. It looks like you just need some attention and "tryhard wanna look very interesting and clever here". Noone will give you any credit here for this kind of attitude.

No all im doing is explaining it, but if you cant accept the truth, then fine.

People got really no respect for "regulare" people who answering, if you read the info you woulda know by now using sites is allowed, but using programs to run poe game is a 3rd party program WHOs not allowed.

Im pretty much miss the old closed beta forums, jeesh.... :)

It's like saying they can ban you just because they don't like your name, but simply choose not to.

That's not a valid argument, Chris said what he said because it's according to their own rules and regulations.
It was merely a verification of GGG's permission to use it and clever wording to leave the impression of them sticking to the rules they come up with.

In a nutshell, you submit your password to this program, which then acts as a web browser and login the official web site for you.

As said in that thread, the code seems clean at the moment, but that can be easily changed.

In this case, I am a casual player and playing only a few hours per week. I also play since closed beta just like you, ( june or july 2012 not sure ). I was never wealthy in this game and never will be because I cant afford to sit and play for hours per day. So if hacking my account to take away those few chromatics and chaos orbs should be my only concern, I am willing to take that risk with happiness in exchange to make the trading easier for me at the time I play the game. And thats the point, I want to play the game not to spam the trade channels and lurk the forums to update and bump my shop every hour.

It is not used "in-game"

What you're attempting to refer to is the prohibition of modification to the game client. This program does not modify the client.

Yes it provides an advantage like Notepad provides an advantage in doing damage calculations.

You are not explaining anything. You are stubbornly arguing moot points based on your own lack of understanding of GGG's policy on the matter.
