Haven't heard anything yet from support. I guess the backlog is the cause for the delays.

I have exactly the same issue. I contacted them via email just over 3 full days ago, but haven't had a reply yet. Hopefully it won't be too much longer!

My steam account got restored today. Posting from the restored account. Yet to go home and check if microtransactions have been restored or not.
