It only applies to the new leagues where everyone is starting off fresh...and from the looks of it the new bosses and vaal mechanics are going to make the game exponentially harder.

So I'd venture to say queen atziris dungeon is going to be more or less ridiculous.

well yeah of course. It's a microtransaction.

And it doesn't matter how 'hard' it is to accomplish there will be plenty who will have a major headstart.

Just makes me wonder sometimes how they reason some of these things out and where else this may be applied to.
