Elemental Overload + Controlled Destruction Dead?

1. Since the min 5% crit chance allowed you to still proc ele overload is nerfed to 0%, is ele overload dead for builds using CD? Is there any way to work around that to get that buff, to proc ele overload while using Controlled destruction?

2. Frost Bomb says:

"Now applies Cold Exposure to affected enemies, rather than reducing their Cold Resistance."

What is exposure and does it act the same way or is this a huge damage loss as well?

You'll still do what most people always did and use Orb of Storms or Stormbrand to proc EO while using Controlled Destruction on your main nuke.

Controlled destruction can easily be overcome with a little % increased crit chance perhaps costs 3-4 extra passives now. Or one suffix on a weapon.

Cold (or fire or lightning) exposure reduces resistance to that element by 25%. This was done so you couldn't stack frost bomb and the new resistance reduction wave and give developmemt space to new sources of RR.

Brand/orb of storm + crit chance gem (+ there are other sources of +X% crit chance now) but it will be a bit harder now imo.
