New to PoE and Ranger need help with build

Always been a fan of games like these and came across this and figured i would give it a try. was messing around on the forums and looks around and then made a build that i want some opinions on. thanks

not sure if its good or if im on the right track or what but ive played a little and am enjoying it and dont wanna gimp myself early and then lose interest early by starting over and over with the same char.
