Build help needed - Poets pen, spellslinger, glacial cascade elementalist

Greetings

I have been a frostblade or cospri coc build since harbinger league, and have had moderate success with it so far. This league i decided to try a triggerbuild, but a little different.


2x poets pen, spellslinger Glacial cascade.

Build idea was to scale the golem buffs by going elementalist, running poets pen and spellslinger - glacial cascade came later.

Running 9 golems atm, giving me 27,5% dmg reduction and over 800life regen.

Sounds great, right?

My issue:

I get 1shot repeatedly, my damage is miniscule, and i have absolutely no idea why.

From experience, i can build a frostblader with more dmg, life, movement speed and so on, for 20c - this char is so far multiple ex.


Would you please be so kind as to come with ideas for improvements, or point out obvious mistakes? (I never used a buildguide, as i find charbuilding fun)

Regarding my primordial harmony - they are there so my unbonused golems dont die all the time.

I do have a Primordial might, but after using it for a few levels, I came to the conclusion (could very well be wrong) that the golem buffs are a within a small radius from the golem - I saw(again, could be wrong) that my life regen wouldn't work when the stone golem was at the edge of screen. So I decided not to use it, to keep golems close to me (improved survivability drasticly)

Quick update:

I changed my gloves to insanity crafted gloves, moved my frenzy to the gloves and now have a free 6link - I tried doing a 6link spellslinger, but couldn't get the mana to fit. So currently it is a 5link+enlighten.

Any idea what to do?

I still deal no dmg and die instantly
