Spectre Build Recommendation for 3.10

Hi all,

Been researching Spectre builds but many [at least in the stickied post above] are 3.9 or earlier.

Could anyone please recommend a Spectre build [if possible, that focuses entirely on spectres vs. zombies or skeletons] that could work with ~10x budget and scales higher with money?
