Disconnected alot lately

Hello im getting kicked to the character selection screen every time I enter an instance and I don't know what to do. It have been acting like this for several days and I'm wondering If any of you guys having the same issue?? It's unplayable like this.
I i get this error

DISCONNECTED
Failed to connect to instance

Does this have something to do with the new patch coming?
