Looking for a witch build D2 style

Just checked out the new spell video for the heist league and I'm hyped.

I always wanted a cool diablo 2 style frost, electricity or a hybrid character in POE.

Me and the Gf are playing the new heist and I was wondering is I build like this is possible.

She would like a make a summoner witch build (not zombie)

Can someone help us pick good builds that maybe aren't the best but can do endgame currency grinding without expensive gear. so top dmg isn't a priority but something we can grow into as the league continues.

Arc witch is a solid choice, you could work in the new lightning spell in to that build as well. Just look for popular build threads like Enki's

The most popular summoner build will be spectres. Id personally use range spectres and mix in some skeletons to make the build a little more active. You can change them to skeleton archers with a jewel too keep the range theme going if you want.

There are also golemancers or srs summoners as pet options. Just look for popular threads with lots of posts. There are a lot of fantastic guides on the forums.
