Awakener Kill Event - Console Questions

I see that the console section was updated since the original post, so I'd like to get some verifications about a couple details on the console requirements.

"The first eight players to kill The Awakener on Heist SSF".

1. Does this include both HC and SC SSF?
2. Is Awakened level 8 (all watchstones) required?

Based on the wording, my guess is that it can be on any awakened level and in either SSF Heist league. However, the PC rules are much more strict so I wasn't sure.
