Spectres

Hi I wanted to know if there are some raisable monsters that cast despair curse or any other support spectres. I use the frenzy and power charge chieftains and maybe i will use the ruins hellion if I can't find what I want. Been trying the noisome ophidian but it almost never cast the tar ability, it seems to have a long cd.

There is none. Use a witchfire brew flask.
