SSF Elementalist planning: golems, heralds, kinetic bolt, spellslinger

With the herald nodes near the extra golem notable, each herald is 20% reserved, leaving room for spellslinger. If I take the herald Elementalist notable from the last lab and maybe Sovereignty notable, could I squeeze in Discipline or Arctic Armor?

I'm planning to go wand and shield. Maybe cast when damage taken: tempest shield.
