Need help completing a weird build

Hello there!

SO I need help improving the build I'm currently playing

Dmg may look bad, but it is currently running partially juiced early Red maps
(Rare corrupt)

The Idea is to stack different Chaos Degen "Decay+Poison+Soulrend"

I managed to make it work as a single button press, but the Cooldown on "Trigger socketed spell when you use a skill" makes to whole thing underperforming.

I was think Kitava's thirst, but we loose a good amount of dmg with socket and I can't really add enough mana cost on Despair to trigger it.

I tried using Bane, but its less damage than Soulrend and soulrend can hit so better chance on inflicting a poison stack.It also add a good Energy leech, which is helpfull.

I'm open to ideas. I know the entire set-up with amazing gear can go to around 200K dps, but I feel like I'm missing a good solution.

I found a slight solution for better clear.

Bane and Soulrend scale in a similar fashion, so I've put both on the staff. Still waiting for someone to craft the perfect staff for me to buy :P

Still would like some help to take it to the next level. I've tried Uber Atziri, but can't even get pass the first boss because the DPS is currently too low.
