[3.14] Spark Aura Stacker Necromancer League Starter, FEARED VIABLE on 15-20 EX

I made a quick guide on the Spark Aura Stacker on a Necromancer with a relatively budget setup that should run around 15-20 Exalts. This build utilizes March of the Legion Boots and runs low life with no Shavs. This take on the Aura Stacker brings down the cost a lot and is a great leaguestarter option for 3.15. The cost can be sub 10 Exalts if you run a 5L, and the video showcases doing T16 Guardian and Invitations on a 5L.
