[3.16] Vortex & Cold Snap Build | Occultist | Endless Delve | Path of Exile 3.16

Hey guys, here is my endless delve build. I found a Shavronne and went for the low-life version of vortex build. It's kinda feel bad without Prism Guardian and Presence of Chayula but managed to make it work.


Pantheon: No pantheon in delve event but pick Lunaris and Abberath if you play in league.

Leveling: Vortex is available at level 28. Until then use the setup in the video.

Vortex - Controlled Destruction - Elemental Focus - Hypothermia - Inspiration - Swift Affliction

Vaal Cold Snap - Controlled Destruction - Efficacy - Bonechill

Flame Dash - Arcane Surge (Lvl 1) - Vaal Molten Shell - Frost Bomb

Determination - Arrogance - Clarity (Lvl 4) - Defiance Banner

Zealotry / Vaal Discipline / Malevolence

Elemental Weakness (Lvl 1) - Cast when Damage Taken (Lvl 1) / Tempest Shield

Hey, I love this build. Does a lot of damage and is really tanky.
Any chance that you will keep this build updated with the future patch and update?
