Have you considered Echoes of Creation? I used to play some doryani fist builds and felt that towards the endgame they fell off hard. But maybe with Echoes the dps could actually be saved?

" I considered that helmet, but the gameplay becomes too slow, because you need to use all warcries, standing still... And in poe we do not want to stand still, it's quick potential death :) |
