build help?

Could anyone take some time to look at my Lightning conduit character and suggest some changes?

and if you REALLY have nothing to do, maybe peek at my skill tree too? :P

im assuming at this point i just need to try to hit lvl 100 for the rest of my offense/defense capabilities... :<
