35div witch sanctum builds?

So currently finished the acts with my witch. Still no ascendancy so I would like some suggestions for a build around the 35div budget. I currently have a lvl 98 toxic rain Deadeye with a couple divs invested on her equipment so I can fall back on her or just sell the equips. BTW I want to focus on the sanctum mechanic, and probably focus more on offense

I see witch has lots of possible builds so I would love if you guys would suggest some around this budget. To be honest I would like more focus on uniques since searching for rare upgrades is kinda boring. Something using the squire or another cool unique like those. I had so much fun couple leagues ago playing ngamahu cyclone.

Also Im aware of the SRS poison build going around but Im afraid of being let down by it, kinda dont like ramp up damage mechanics, I dont really know if it is the best option.
