Need help, especially Survivability w/ Poet Pen Lightning Warp w/ Arc main skill

Back with delve, I had made a Lightning Warp/Arc Poet Pen Elementalist; I never had so much fun. As we all know the pens no longer trigger together, so it completely cut the build down the middle. I have been trying to relearn some things and make something somewhat similar to it using Spellslinger which appeared to have replaced it somewhat?

This is what I got to and it basically dies instantly, I got through a T3? But if it can't clear even a t14 there's no point so I'm kind of lost. Figured maybe someone way more intelligent with PoE these days could tell me what to change or do differently in general so it's playable. With the amount of legacy shit I'm rolling you'd think I could at least do a lowly boss :'(

Essentially it uses Arc linked in chest w/ slinger & triggered with power siphon, triggering the poet pens teleporting you at the same time.

I've run across this build, a Winter Orb Lightning Warp build. It has lower stats than OP linked PoB, I misunderstand how it's so trash in comparison? https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3339207/page/1
