How to sell

When i try to list something it just says "unavailable" where the item should be?

Just to clarify, are you selling to a vendor or posting to the Trade Market board?
If you're trying to post a trade on the board the item needs to be in a premium stash tab set to "Public". This tab is a stash upgrade that you purchase from the store (~$5 usd).
