Help with Impending doom occultist

This is my first character, so im pretty new, my question is maybe you will know why ive lost like half of my damage in pob when I swapped my armor?
Unfortunetly I dont have old one so I cant compare, but there was just some lightning res, life, mana and ofc 6 links.
