Not sure what to do next with my gear

So I tallied up the value of my gear not counting crafting cost and I have about 90D worth of gear on my character (Xbox) and other than supper expensive rng upgrades (roll keystone tattoo for iron will I'm 20 div deep on the rolls, Yolo annul my amulet, buy and double corrupt skins)

I have no idea what to with my build I have 1.8m uber dps and great survivability I just don't know what else I can do to squeeze more out of the build that won't cost easily 50 div if I am unlucky.... or require me to sacrifice survivability for dps...


I am open to suggestions kinda hit a wall going to try my first uber soon, I have beaten every other non- uber boss

Please note if you check my gear it my show mf rings and amulet, normally I run mark of the shaper ring with an elder ring and a +1 all and +1 cold Amulet
