Feeling Stuck - need help with my EA elementalist build

POE newb here.

It took me roughly two weeks to get from 93 to 94, but now I still die frequently. My EXP takes one step forward and two steps back.

I am not sure which piece of my gear needs to be upgraded first.

I'm still searching for the Prefix can't be modified recipe - otherwise, I would upgrade my bow already. I am also rolling for a +1 to the all-skill amulet, but no luck so far.

What should I do in the meantime?

are you spell suppress capped? i dont see it anywhere on your gear but you took "magebane" on the tree. if you're not close to 100% then taking that node is pointless

your gear in general is pretty bad. your'e not SSF so you can just trade for better gear
