Missing file privileges - Windows 11, Steam.

Closed Steam, ran as admin - no good. Turned off controlled folder access - nup. Tried running game file direct from folder - fail.
Other updates updated fine, just not this one. And the error message "Missing File Privileges" is not particularly helpful. |

Final fix was to uninstall and reinstall game entirely.
|

Client crashes still extremely prevalent and annoying. Blighted maps and party play is nearly impossible. Playing minions, not sure if that is related.
