#1 Vaal Lightning Strike (or any vaal one hand melee) weapon (work in progress)

Planning on finishing after Necropolis league. Currently settling on t1 % increased, t2 hybrid, t1 flat, t1 attack speed, veiled crit (perhaps after 3.25). If someone wants to help me roll 100,000 fossils or many times more alterations then I will go for t1 hybrid.
