Post Necropolis league should buff Delve Fossils

Obviously 100% this league isn't going core. I do however think GGG should evaluate Delve fossils and perhaps incorporate some of this league into it.

-Reworking some current fossils
-Adding in new fossils
-Adding a 5th or maybe 6th resonator slot

Especially the ( + Rating ) one. In the graveyard, its overpowered since you can stack a bunch of them and even have increased effect and so forth. But having a couple slots to increase rating in a resonator I don't think would be overpowered.

There is nothing worst then setting up resonator crafts only to consistently get low tier modifiers every time.
