PS 5 bugged quests poe2

Hello community
I have few bugs of quests and when i end act 3 cruel endgame tittle don't appear
I have 1-3 act and 1-3 act cruel tittle’s but no endgame tittle
Ps maps i can farm from teleport in last location after final act 3 cruel quest
