please help with my build

As the title says. im kinda struggling under 3 mil dps on my srs necromancer. my survival is amazing but i just dont have the oomth i want! i never ask for help normally but i cant seem to see whats wrong. here is my build https://pobb.in/vFabeaciisLD unsure if allowed to post links though.
Any help is help^^ im hoping to at least double my damage.
