Cannot access tokens I donated to the guild I lead
Created a Guild last night, learned that you have to donate Tokens to its own "Wallet" kind of deal in order to spend tokens for Guild purchases...
so I donated 50 tokens to the guild. They show up in both "My Transactions" AND "Guild Transactions" from me that says "COMPLETE" in green letters. My Guild's balance is still at 0, though. I have checked it In Game, and in the Web browser, and they still say 0 tokens. I am the leader of this Guild who is the one that can spend these tokens, so I should also be seeing the tokens in the Guild's "Wallet". What gives here? Do I have to "confirm" the donation somewhere? If so, where is that? I've looked EVERYWHERE. I tried asking for help in game (good luck with that), contacted GGG Support last night but still haven't gotten a response, so I'm wondering if there's anyone that leads a Guild or knows how to use the donated tokens, that feels like helping me out. I would really appreciate it! thank you all in advance, if anyone needs any more info to help please just ask. |

1)
a look at my guild's transaction list, showing the single donation I made to the Guild last night. it's said "Complete" since I first looked at it just minutes after making the transaction. is there ever any other state transactions can be in? ![]() 2) and here's a look at my list of transactions to guilds. the same transaction is there. ![]() 3) and i'm most definitely the Guild Leader.. ![]() what am i missing here? is there a certain amount of time before donated points can be used by the guild? what gives? reading the text above the Guild Transaction's list: "Accept transactions to credit the points to your Guild."
i'm not seeing where I'm supposed to accept the donation, which i'm presuming is the issue. Anyone?? |

still haven't figured this out or gotten a response from GGG. surely there must be someone around who leads or has lead a POE Guild? I'll be forever grateful for some assistance!
