Iron Reflexes
Hi everyone!
A quick question: If I take Iron Reflexes all my evasion gets converted to armor. Lets say I had 100 evasion and 2 passives (IR excluded)+10%evasion and +10% armour. My evasion would be thus 110 and would be converted to 110 armour. Now would the +10% armour be applied as well, making a total of 121 armour? Or would the final value be 110 armour? Thank you! |

" This is not something that I'm certain about, but I actually believe it would give you a defence of 100 + 20% giving you a armour value of 120 as at that moment your evasion passive and armour passive will both interact the same way. 10% of 100 = 10, 10% of 100 = 10, 100+10+10 = 120 |

" Let me answer the question you're really asking: no, you don't get a "double dip". If you get a node that offers +X% to armour and evasion, you only get it once. It used to double dip and they fixed it. Today, the primary advantage to Iron Reflexes is that you get your Dexterity evasion bonus applied to your armour (for all of your armour that comes from evasion gear) and you also get to apply all the evasion bonus passive nodes to your armour bonus, which is awesome if you compare how many evasion and armour bonus passive nodes there are in the area between Duelist and Ranger. |

The final value is 120. Iron reflexes changes the calculation so that all increased armor modifiers are summed along with increased evasion modifiers. The hybrid modifiers that increase both armor and evasion are included as well, but only once rather than twice.
Here's a quick example: Your character has Iron Reflexes with 100 evasion rating and 3 passive modifiers: 12% increased Armor 10% increased Evasion Rating 8% increased Evasion Rating and Armor The calculation in this case is: Armor = 100 * (1 + 0.12 + 0.1 + 0.08) = 100 * 1.3 = 130 |

" Please don't assume what I am asking. My question was exactly what I asked, not whether the "+%Evasion and Armour" apply twice. " Thanks Mortifiier for answering my question! Very helpful! Última edição por Parun#0836 em 28 de jan. de 2013 07:22:47

Hi all, first time poaster here.
Quick question: Gear that contains both armor and evasion. Am I correct to assume (for example) 200 armor + 200 eva after IR, it'll become 400 armor? Thinking of making a tanky duelist. |

" yes. The evasion, armor and IR works is really simple. IR turns the final value of evasion into armor. IGN QTCRZ
