LF Power Siphon or Kinetic Blast build

So I was looking but couldn't find any are there any good wander builds out there? no need to do Uber or Shaper but should be able to do map bosses up to t15? I've looked but only could find real old builds is anyone still playing with one of these skills?

also forgot to add but would prefer CI or LL instead of life build.
