Is the stormwall (new fated item) worth building into?

Hey guys, I'm a fan of cyclone build and I was thinking about creating a https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/The_Stormwall build with inquisitor acension and lots of phys damage to increase the conversion.

I was looking into this possibility as well. I think it will be good, Chris said the version that was teased was underpowered and they will buff it, but even with that underpowered version I managed to make a decent Champion build with about 400k Cyclone DPS. I can link the PoB later if you want, I'm not at home currently.
