Reckoning Glad

Is a 6l reckoning build viable with the dbl counterattacks in glad ascendancy?

I am thinking of doing 6l Reckoning (maybe riposte on there too shrinking it to 5l)... with infernal blow on 4L. Shield Charge 4L. 82/82 block with anvil. Is reckoning viable as a main damage skill?

Hemo gloves and infernal blow for explosions... Lots of bleed reckonings high base whould be huge for that...

Crit or no Crit? figure lyco shield til get enough accuracy for the switch then a Elder/Shaped shield with 5% life on block and other goodies.
