The Baron Leech - Ghost Reaver - Zealot's Oath

Could some1 tell me the mechanics?

The Baron: Zombie damage is leeched to you.
Ghost Reaver: "Leech Energy Shield instead of Life"

But those 2 don't work together. So the Baron leech doesn't count as leech on you? Maybe as regeneration or recovery? If regeneration: could it work with Zealot's Oath?

IIRC ggg's bs excuse for baron leech not working with GR was in lines of "it's zombies' leech, and GR applies only to your own leech but not zombies', therefore it leeches life to you even if you have GR".

Yes I get that Ghost Reaver works only on the leech YOU create. But it has to be transferred to you and the amount of HP you get seems not to be declared as life leech. But then it needs to have a different kind of "HP Recovery" declaration and I wanted to know if it would work with Zealot's Oath.
