Add an ingame timer for racing.

First of all i'm not a racer myself, i really find leveling the most boring part of the game and if i can do it once per league, great.

Now, recently racing has been a big thing in PoE(or a bigger thing), and i see a lot of streamers talk/mention/complain about loading times when changing zones, and how it affects the racer's time by several seconds, and someone far away from Texas will always be in disadvantage.

So what i thought is, why not add an ingame timer, with just a Play button, that would only be available in private leagues (meant for racing) and an option to be stopped when X event happens. So said event could be when you kill a certain boss (i.e Kitava) or when you reach a certain lvl. This timer wouldn't progress when on a loading screen, so it only counts the real time the player is in the game.

I have no idea how this could be implemented from the developers side, but i think it could fix this problem that's not a minor thing for racers. If by any chance it's an easy thing to do, it could also have checkmarks to see the time taken on each act or just more info.

GGG seems very interested in racing and i think it could recieve some more love.
