Cospri cyclone build help

Okay a little background recently my account got hacked. and instead of just selling everything the hacker set up one of my characters for farming delve I think. I imagine he/she was planning on using my account forever or at least until it got locked. anyway I know have a character that I have no Idea where to go with it. the Character Kritsche_Masse appears to be a critical strike, frostbolt/nova cospris cycloner. and I have no idea where the Passive tree should go from here if I should manage to level it. does anyone have any Ideas? my characters should be visible
