Laaaaaag Spike the game is unplayable please fixed

I've been playing POE ever since, I have a mid end pc and never had problems with lag or internet until this week, I can barely play my game is jumping from 80 fps and out of nowhere drops to 15 fps, I've tried everything, but never mind the configuration of the game, as much as the minimum the problem is the same, please fix it, I saw that there are a lot of people with this same problem.
