Phys Impale Wander question

Currently building a phys/impale Gladiator wander, using KInetic Blast for clear and Barrage for single target. I’m generally following Malthil’s guide, but it’s from Legion and a lot’s changed.

I’m mainly curious about what cluster jewels to use. I was initially leaning toward the crit ones, but someone in this sub wrote about stacking Cry Wolf jewels to do slightly OP things like on-demand 3k heals or stupid high damage increases.

So...would it be advisable to pair A few Cry Wolfs with Battle Cry, or look into better clusters?
