Freezing Pulse Assassin. I need help

Can someone help me with my build? im playing Freezing Pulse, crit based, self cast.
I can clear every content till t15 maps. Clear speed is fast. But i cant kill a single t16 boss because my dmg seems to be very low. Is there anything i could do to increase my single target dmg? I think it would help if you show what your build is or include a link to PoB for someone to check in detail. You can also just post in Reddit in the pathofexilebuilds subreddit where people tend to be helpful when it comes to builds. Good luck!
