Eternity shroud coc bow

I wanted to share this build with you, because I haven't bump'd into similar one so far. Build uses cast on crit bow to trigger ice nova caste'd on frost bolts. Some items are quite a tricky to craft and you will make better builds with less currency spent. But if you already have some gear ready I can recommend to try this different version of ice nova coc. I'm currently playing this build in std but it can also be made in a league.
