3.12 Blade vortex poison build

Hello folks,

I'm following a build showcased by Mbxtreme but i cant figure out why i have half of DPS he has at comparable level. Even comparing both build in POB i cant figure out.

Im pretty new to poison build and probably missing something stupid ... Any help would be appreciated
