Help with Impale Build needed

Hi Guys!

I need some help. I collected some nice gear the last couple of Leagues and wanted to use them in a very strong Build that shredds everything. But even tho my gear is at least decent, it seems like i totaly lack of damage, also my defenses are only mediocer.

What am i missing?

i have 6.400 life, about 1.7k energy Shield, 76% rescapped

And still i die pretty easy.
