Help with Doryani's Touch Raider

I have legacy version of Doryani's Fist(probably better than the newer one cause a lot more added lightning damage), so I'm trying to go with a crit Doryani's Touch build, and as usual, at tier 10+ maps I tend to die a lot and my damage isn't that great either, and I'm not sure how can I improve the build.

Currently lvl 83 without uber lab :(
I have like 10 exalts or more in currency, but even with that not sure what exactly should I get :(

Pls help me with any advice.

I would say couple things:
- try to change multistrike for something else- you will lose some dps but you won't be locked in place for all attacks (fist of war support or pulverise for example).
- why go crit with doryani's touch? i think it will require expensive crit gear (more than 10 ex)
- warcries work really well with slams so try them, not sure how they will feel tho (seismic cry seems really good)
