Looking for help how to improve my build!

Hello guys, I was following a build that I found on poe.ninja. Glacial cascade miner. I have about the same gear as the guy from the guide now and 20ex and have no clue what I can buy to get more dps/survivability since this is my first time making a build just through a PoB. I would appreciate the help.
